We hired George Owen Construction for a master bedroom and bathroom remodel in our 1970s home, and we are extremely pleased with the results. The project included completely gutting the original bathroom, doubling its size, installing a double-sink vanity, a separate shower and freestanding tub, a toilet, adding a pocket door between the bedroom and bathroom, building a walk-in closet, and adding a mini-split system. Their subcontractors were excellent—skilled, professional, courteous, and clearly proud of their work. I always felt completely comfortable working from home while they were here. Even the demolition crew took great care to protect our floors and stairs. A special shout-out to Frank, their jack-of-all-trades, who is exceptionally smart, meticulous, and kind. He consistently took the time to consult with me, explain things in plain language, to help me make informed decisions. His integrity and ownership in his work truly stood out. We chose GOC because of Phillip who brought great attention to detail in the initial RFP stage, really seeing our vision and offering great suggestions that we had not considered. I believe he is the one who put together such a great team -- and permit process was very smooth!
